As per Thanatos' advice:
Name: Whitakker Age: 29 Height: 6' 10" Weight: 259 lbs. Hair: Shoulder-length, silver Eyes: One blue, one green Weapons: One two-handed broadsword(5 ft. long, 8 in. wide, worn on back), two six-shot revolvers, two sawblades. Clothing: Dark, storm-grey trenchcoat, black shirt, black pants, black boots. Extra Features: Skye, Whitakker's golden eagle Bio: Whitakker grew up in Emreland Town with his father, as his mother died giving birth to him. His father was a sword-cutler and taught Whitakker everything he knew about swordsmanship, enabling Whitakker to wield practically anything that has a blade. When his father died, Whitakker ventured out of his town with his loyal companion, Skye, to establish himself as a swordsman. But the Mass soon came, and it was all Whitakker could do to keep one step ahead of them. Personality: Whitakker can be a tad absent-minded at times, letting his mind wander often, but he always has good intentions in mind. He may come off as obnoxious, sarcastic, and facetious, but he doesn't let it get to him. But when it comes to battle, Whitakker's all business. It was mainly his morals that led him to join Nicholi's expedition to find Phantomile, believing that it was the right thing to do, and that he wouldn't be able to look someone in the eye if he didn't try to help. You just have to get to know him to understand him.

One thing bugs me. How is it your father is a swordsmith, but yet he taught you mastery of wielding swords. The two usually don't go hand in hand. A blade that's 1 ft wide is a bit much. Maybe 6-8 in. instead. *In Mr. T. voice* Fix it now Foo . As Thanatos and I have pointed out time after time, the sawblades CANNOT be thrown at an enemy and return to your hand. That is illogical and impossible. *Mr. T. voice again* Don't do it again Foo!
*needs to stop watching A-Team and reading NIntendo Power's Player's Pulse area ;D

I think it's perfectly logical that the sawblades return to Whitakker's hands... he just needs to lose some fingers, hands, arms, or other body parts in the process . Or maybe they could "accidentally" cut his bird in half... hmm... that would give the caravan more to eat... his bird would finally be good for something... if he got his hands cut off too, then we wouldn't have to worry about his sword being too big cause he couldn't even use it... hey, I think my idea solves everything, and is much more logical! Let's use it! J/k, Whitakker.

, very nice Rune.
Nicholi, I don't know why that doesn't seem logical to you. If a swordsmith's trade is to produce swords and other bladed weapons, wouldn't it seem reasonable that he should know how to wield one? Only one who uses swords can truly test their performance, and to be a swordsmith that can use swords will only help him to know what to improve upon. As for the sawblades, that cheap trick is not used by me any more. Besides, more often now I keep them in my hands for CCQ, attached to special handles. Quite reasonable, I should think. As for the width of the sword, I believe that your suggested width is fine, and I have changed it thusly........Foo.

Only one who uses swords can truly test their performance, and to be a swordsmith that can use swords will only help him to know what to improve upon. Just because their job is sword-smithing, does not mean they know alot about sword wielding. A sword smith does not need to know how to wield a sword to make it, nor would he need such a skill to make a better blade. Quality blades are made by sword-smiths who put their "heart" and "soul" into their work. A sword smith who takes the time to smith a blade well, can create a weapon of great strength. Ever heard of Goro Nyudo a.k.a. Masamune? He was not a swordsmen, yet he was considered Japan's best sword-smith. I still believe that it is illogical for a sword-smith of the Xenon, to also be a great swordsman. That's my two cents.
P.S. Only I can make Mr. T. Jokes Do it again and I'll force you to listen to Christina Aguilera music foo!
