Meeting of the Minds--Thanatos, Argis, and Electra

[Thanatos]

*Thanatos walks leisurely into the dingy bar, glancing with a vague bemusement at the peeling, stained walls, and the unsavory patrons stinking of alchohol. He stands idly for a moment, the dim lighting reflecting eerily off of his visor, examing the scene. Eventually, he moves to sit at a particularly isolated table in a far back corner of the bar, only occupied by one other man, who seems to be gazing intently at a glass of sake. Thanatos places his overcoat neatly on the half-rotting chair, his tuxedo completely out of place amongst the attire of the other customers. He sits, pulling out a tiny metal cylinder, a vial of water, a wine glass, and a tea-bag, and promptly begins to boil a cup of tea, not once glancing at the other man at the table*

[Argis]

Hello *eyeing the tux* *while fingering his sword* what bring you in to this place?*takes sips sake*.

[Thanatos]

*Thanatos doesn't respond; instead, he carefully watches his cup of tea boil as the man waits for an answer*

[Argis]

*looks at the tea* than to the man’s face (which was partially covered by his hair)*says in whisper* please sir tell me your name for I am Argis Boren ... Warrior of the village Kyashu. For you are the one who sat at my table *sips Sake*.

[Thanatos]

*The tea finishes boiling in the silence, Thanatos beginning to reach for it as the stranger speaks again. Thanatos' gloved hand stops, and he looks up for the first time, truly studying the other man. Thanatos then speaks, a small smile appearing on his visored face*
"It is not common for an invidual to be such well-mannered in these times...and I have heard of the village of Kyashu, isolated though it is. Call me Thanatos--I hail from nowhere in particular, I travel to White Village."

[Argis]

*while drinking Sake he hear this**sets down cup* Thanatos is it… hmm sorry I have not heard of you, but I have heard of the White village for I am going there my self. I am hoping to let it help me on my quest do you wish to here about my quest …*refills glass of Sake with water* *starts sipping again*

[Thanatos]

*Thanatos picks up his beautifully-engraved wine glass of tea, sipping it slowly, obviously savoring the flavor, which does not appear to be of standard design. He sets it down gently, speaking slowly*
"It would be interesting. Do proceed."

[Argis]

Well my I have foreseen the destruction of my village for it has not happened yet *describes his dream*fire a large amount of fire. People and buildings on fire nothing living. He looks farther to see where this happens then he see two dead bodies lying there. One is a woman the other is a older man. They lie there in a heap. A boy is fighting a man wearing black but it is not long before the boy is impaled with a long spear. The boy drops his sword and begs for mercy. The spear pierces the boy’s heart. As the boy falls a medallion falls out of his shirt. The symbol on the medallion means Toypu. Toypu was my brother. He quickly checks the other medallions. The names are those of the people that live in his village… after that. I knew I had to stop this before it happens *grasp his glass harder* this mission I must not fail for if I do… I will doom my peaceful village...*squeezes to hard the glass shatters*sorry *picks up pieces and walks to the bartender, and asks for a new glass then sits down and fills up the new glass water.**takes a deep breath to calm his nerves*so what is your story...

[Thanatos]

*Thanatos watches the scene without a glimmer of emotion present on his face, only speaking when Argis asks for his own story. Thanatos finishes his tea, setting it down*
"I simply saw an article advertising for a hefty sum, and thus was immediately interested. That's all there is to it..."

[electra]

*Electra slowly pulls up on her new colorful pink bicycle. She retrives a chain from her pocket and chains it next to a very nice vehicle. She walks to the entrance and pushes the bar doors open. Everyone Stares. She quickly makes her way to the counter and hopes to find something to eat.*

"May I please have a strawberry banana spilt?"

[Argis]

*looks at the new pink person that walk in* *whispers to Thanatos*”who is that”*pointing to this pink girl (which everyone else was doing) *sets down glass calmly stands up and starts to walk over*

[electra]

" EXCUSE ME!!!! Can I Please have a banana split SOMEONE??!!"

*Stamps foot *

[Thanatos]

*Thanatos remains seated, listening with amusement to the loud sounds of the newcomer. His neutral expression changes to a slight frown as the bartender she was speaking to leers at her, speaking harshly*
"A queer one to be in 'ere, ain't you missy? We ain't got no bananer splits..."
*Other patrons slowly rise from their seats, starting menacingly over towards the pink-clad teenager...*

[Argis]

*looks at the pink person and say to her* "please don’t draw attention to your self" turns to the crowd closing in* *starts counting the number of men**pull out the sheath sword and the first man advances. “Oh darn this is to soon hits the man with the sheath sword * the man fell well here we go...* the crowd charges*

[Thanatos]

*Thanatos sighes, setting his personal glass down with care as Argis' sheath connects with the first man's chin, the rest of the tavern falling into chaos*
" 'They stumble that run fast'...but who am I to not join in the fun?"
*With that, he moves with lightning speed into the fray, in the midst of it before the first man has even hit the ground. His hands remain loose, body relaxed, as he sidesteps a heavy punch and strikes his unfortunate opponent in the center of the neck, dropping him instantly*
